Failure is something we all encounter. So Failing in a hard way is actually good because you're learning. Today, I'm going to answer the question, “How To Handle Failure?”

How To Handle Failure
Start asking the right questions, and getting the right answers come naturally. When that's happened, true education is in progress. When you're looking to be a better communicator, you're better prepared to give a great speach when you have failed at a couple speeches already. Maybe they are small audiences to get you “warmed up”. In any case, repetition is key to getting things solidified in your mind.
The perfect example of this is when you're doing any sort of physical activity, you are supposed to warm up so that you don't pull any muscles. The same is true when you're learning something and preparing for a performance. A few examples of warming up:
- Actor/actress, you rehearse your lines or “warm up”
- Baseball pitcher, you throw for about 5-10 minutes to warm your arm up, then you have 8 good pitches on the mound before each inning.
- Motivational speaker, warm up includes getting pumped up and running through (perhaps outloud too) the main topics you want to cover.
These are just a few ways to handle failure so that you come out on top instead of defeated.

I have heard this so many times, yet does it really mean much other than a great quote?
Perhaps, if we turn it upside down we can get a better understanding. Let's reformulate this quote…

As you can see, this is a must. Failing. If it's not done, it won't teach the learner.
